- Salary : Assistant Loco Pilot earns this salary as Matric Level 2 Grade. Initially the basic salary will be 19,900 Tk. With House Rent Allowance (HRA), dearness allowance (And), transportation allowance (to face) etc. have advantages. Overall you get around Rs 35,000.
- work hours : Both the assistant or loco pilot have to work for 8 hours a day. May be sooner or later. But overtime allowance is given when there is more work.
